Fun weekend events for the kids.

Where/When: Westchester Community College, 75 Grasslands Rd., Valhalla, Saturday, Nov. 19, 8 p.m.
Why Go: A condensed version of the Nutcracker ballet will be presented. Other dances will be performed and live music will accompany all the dances. Call 914-785-6262 for more information.

Why Go: Soprano Deborah Lifton, pianist Eric Trudel and the Voicepoint Ensemble form a concert event put at the Wainwright House by the Vistar Foundation. Children can hear poetry paired with music.
