Many of them think school taxes do not affect them and they vote yes. Well they have to pay too. I don't even have any kids in the school. It shouldn't all fall on me.

I think people don't think it matters whether they vote or not. The school budget always passes.…Read More Plus only a small percentage of the school budget is not mandated by the state or the unions. It is a big percentage of our property taxes, but seems to be out of our control.
