I am truly sorry for your lost, It’s never easy to lose…Read More someone you love. The pane can sometimes be unbearable at the time, but there is hope! it is human and natural to grieve and we should not feel ashamed to let our grief be manifest. Even when tempered by the hope of the resurrection, the death of a loved one is still a traumatic loss, which is deeply felt. YES resurrection! Jesus performed that unforgettable resurrection in front of many eyewitnesses. It was a token of the future resurrection that he had predicted on an earlier occasion, when he said: “Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear [the Son of God’s] voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.”—John 5:28, 29 With this HOPE you can see your loved ones again. When death strikes a loved one, for example, hope can make a world of difference to the survivors. The apostle Paul wrote to the Christians at Thessalonica: “We do not want you to be ignorant concerning those who are sleeping in death; that you may not sorrow just as the rest also do who have no hope.”—1 THESSALONIANS 4:13.

An e-mail to Apple employees from CEO Tim Cook has announced that a memorial service for co-founder…Read More Steve Jobs will be held for Apple personnel at the company's headquarters in Cupertino on Oct. 19. Jobs was buried on Oct. 7 at a memorial park in Alta Mesa.
The message said: "Although many of our hearts are still heavy, we are planning a celebration of his life for Apple employees to take time to remember the incredible things Steve achieved in his life and the many ways he made our world a better place."

I had the honor of serving as an Assistant Fire Chief of the Briarcliff Manor FD during John's term…Read More as Town Supervisor. I considered him a personal friend of mine and he was certainly a friend to the BMFD. I am saddened by the loss of our dear friend and extend my sincere condolences to his family on behalf of the entire Briarcliff Manor Fire Department. His thoughtful guidance and distinguished leader will be missed.

John Chervokas was my boss at an advertising agency back jn the early 70's. He was already a legend…Read More in the business for his brilliant "please don't squeeze the Charmin" campaign. He was a pure wordsmith, and he taught me so much about creativity, style and humor.He was a great boss and a good friend. I'll never forget him.

Yes "PeaceNow" let's take care of…Read More this first thing in the morning. I'm in the Ardsley area. I'm gonna start early in the morning, driving around, you know, door to door, collecting everybodies guns. Then after lunch, I thought I'd hit up some of the gun shops and grab all their stock. Mid week I'll try and get to some factories, the manufacturers, and stop all production. Ummm, on the weekend, I was wondering if you could lend me a hand with some posters that I'd like to put up around town "Not One More Shot Should Be Fired - The End" I think that should do it, and maybe we'll slik screen some t shirts with that as well. Let's get this done. And we'll deal with that, "right to bear arms" jazz next week. Talk to you soon.

I knew Luca from working at Signature in FLL where he kept his aircraft..... we had so many good…Read More times together on the boat, at Anthony's, & in the Bahamas!! He was SUCH a generous man, hilarious and FULL OF LIFE. I feel blessed to have known him, I am saddened by this news as I am just hearing.... RIP Luca. You are one in a million! XO

We are very sorry on hearing of the death of Luca Cappelli, My wife Judith and I were
in Florida…Read More for the month of Feb. and did not hear about it until our return. He was a
dear friend and wonderful person. Our sympathies go out to the entire Cappelli family at this
time.
