What about Mr. James F O'Toole sports writer for the Standard Star and the Journal News for over 49…Read More years in New Rochelle.This man wrote more stories about New Rochelle kids and parents than anyone it that walk of fame.He passed away this past winter and he should be on the walk.

We need something like this here in New Rochelle. Wednesday night I drove 45minutes with friends up…Read More to The Ridgefield Playhouse for a concert. We met at a local restaurant then went to the concert. Both places were buzzing and people were spending time and money. The concept is working well in many cities around us with the revitalization of several theaters. We have a lot of talented people and connections to the arts that it would only be fitting to make this happen at The Armory. This can be the catalyst for the future of New Rochelle and the Echo Bay Area.
The New Rochelle Opera along with some solid proposals for dining, entertainment and even include some market to table ideas as suggested. With the new plan for the New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District creating a new, larger farmers market this could be a prime opportunity for The City of New Rochelle.

Wouldn't it be nice to see an Opera House or theater location that would be a destination for Opera…Read More events such as this and the many others that take place at several location in New Rochelle. What an attraction it could become with the Opera along with fine and casual dining, Not to mention a view of the sound.
