<p>YMCA, founded in 1844, is a nonprofit whose mission is to build healthy bodies, minds and spirits in the residents of the 10,000 neighborhoods where it works today.</p> <p>The Y has been in New Rochelle since before 1900 and at its Weyman Avenue location since 1984. It boasts more than 3,500 members. It offers youth camps in the summer; a variety of membership discounts; and such sporting facilities as a cardio workout room, squash courts and a large swimming pool.</p>
