T. L. C. Transitional Learning Center

<p>T. L. C. Transitional Learning Center, located at 555 Davenport Avenue, is a day care center and nursery nursery school for children ages 21 months to 7 years. Established in 1984, the unique program at T. L. C. Transitional Learning Center blends traditional early childhood education with Montessori methods involving self-directed immersion.
