It is a well-established real estate development and management company with more than 90 commercial properties. The company focuses on both residential and commercial properties. Commercially, it manages and sells medical buildings and office, retail and industrial spaces throughout Westchester and Fairfield Counties. In the residential sector, Simone focuses on high-rise buildings and estates, mostly in Westchester County and New York City.
