New Rochelle Board of Education Administration Offices - Superin

The Superintendent's Office at the New Rochelle Board of Education Administration Offices is located on the second floor of the City Hall building at 515 North Avenue. The Superintendent, Richard Organisciak at the time of writing, is the chief administrator of the entire New Rochelle school system and is the primary liaison between the Board of Education and the community. The superintendent's office responsibilities include directing curricula and educational programs, managing budgetary matters and supervising school personnel.
