Here are a few things to do in and around New Rochelle for this weekend, August 9-11, 2013.

2. Sidewalk chalk art will be on display and in competition between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday, August 10 at the Cross County Shopping Mall in Yonkers. The art will be judged by Debbie Scates, Manager, Partnership Marketing at ArtsWestchester, Rich Bobe, Regional Publisher at Patch.com and Denise Mananas, Director of Marketing & Public Relations at St. John’s Riverside Hospital.
