Continued Cold, Stress Management and 3D Printing

Here is some of what you should know for the week ahead.

• The temperatures around the Sound Shore will continue to have their ups and downs this week. According to the National Weather Service, the high Monday will be near 37, along with a 20 percent chance of light snow. Tuesday the high is forecast to be only 18, and Wednesday and Thursday, it will be 20 and 28, respectively.

• The JCC of Mid-Westchester will hold a session at 10 a.m. Monday where you can learn to control your stress. Get Calm & Focus is where you will learn about the science of mind body medicine for stress management. It's appropriate for ages 14 and up. For more information, click here.

• You can learn more about 3D printing at a free session at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Microsoft Store in the Westchester Mall in White Plains. You can find out more, including information about transportation to the mall from Greenburgh Public Library, here.

• The Westchester Networking for Professionals will hold its 2014 Kickoff Networking Mixer from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Cienega, 179 Main St. in New Rochelle.
