City Council, Bronx River Parkway Closings and Sukkot

1. The New Rochelle City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in its monthly legislative session. The meeting will be held at City Hall, 515 North Ave. The agenda can be found here.

2. There will be closings of the northbound lanes of the Bronx River Parkway during the day beginning Tuesday. You can find details here.

5. On Thursday at 7 p.m. Padre Nuestro (Our Father) will be screened at the New Rochelle Public Library. This 2007 Argentinean-American thriller film tells the story of Diego, a young Mexican boy who smuggles himself to Brooklyn to meet his long-lost father, but whose identity is stolen by an impostor. The film is n English and Spanish, with English subtitles and is 110 minutes in length.
