For Friday, Yonkers-based Clean Plate Culinary will be making a soba noodle stir fry from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
A recent demonstration featured Community Markets Host Amy Gardiner showing shoppers how to refresh wilted greens. The key, she said, is to not wash the greens until you are ready to use them. They should be stored in the crisper as soon as you get home.
