5 things you should know about for the week ahead.

1) To Rome With Love
Where/When: , Pelham, Monday, Aug. 13 at 7:30 p.m. and other showings through Thursday.
Why go: Woody Allen's latest features performances by Alec Baldwin, Roberto Benigni, Penalope Cruz, Judy Davis, Jesse Eisenberg, Greta Gerwig and Ellen Page. It's being called his "love letter to Rome." Woody Allen style, of course. See the film's Web page for information on other screenings.
Pricing: General admission tickets cost $12 at the door and $9 in advance. Seniors, students and children pay $10 at the door and $8. Picture House members pay $5.

2) Cross County 2012 Summer Concert Series
Where/When: , 8000 Mall Walk, Yonkers, Tuesday, Aug. 14 at 7 p.m.
Why go: The Amish Outlaws will be the next cover band in the summer series, performing anything from from Johnny Cash to Lady Gaga to Snoop Dogg to Elvis Presley. You never know, you might even here theme songs from the TV shows they have come to know.
Pricing: Free. 

3) A Night at the Opera
Where/When: Greenburg Public Library, 300 E. Main St., Elmsford, Wednesday, Aug. 15 at 6 p.m.
Why go: It's the Marx Brothers, that's why. This story involved two opera singers in love and the wacky antics of Groucho, Harpo and Chico. It's Zeppo-free, but there's still Margaret Dumont.

4) Emil Paolucci Summer Sounds Concert Series
Where/When: , 94 Hudson Pk. Rd., Wednesday, Aug. 15 at 7:30 p.m.
Why go: The next Emil Paolucci Summer Sounds Concert Series at Hudson Park presents the Showtime Dance Band, playing everything danceable from Motown to R&B, Soul, Funk, Classic Disco, Pop, Dance Rock and Jazz. The concert series, which features an eclectic menu of free music on eight consecutive Wednesdays in July and August, is presented by the New Rochelle Council on the Arts, in partnership with the New Rochelle Dept. of Parks and Recreation, and sponsored by Webster Bank.
Pricing: Free.

5. Kosher Wine Fair and Free Tasting
Where/When: , 8 Joyce Rd., New Rochelle, Thursday, Aug. 16 at 2 p.m
Why go: Come by and check out the warehouse's kosher wine selection of over 500 labels. Winemaster Andre Cohen will be on site. Wine classes are available.
Pricing: Free.
