Each day of camp has a nature theme and is jam-packed with adventure, discovery and hours of fun…Children play games under the shade of a tree, find frogs at the edge of the pond, sing songs, roll over logs to learn how animals recycle, and listen to stories on the banks of the stream. Equipped with bug boxes, binoculars and nets, and using all their senses, children explore secret spots animals call home in the pond, meadow and forest.
If your child is 3 years old and up, it’s not too late to sign up for Summer Nature Camp at Sheldrake, Monday through Friday, July 2 through August 10. $160/week for members, $180/week for non-members.
