About Us:

Westchester County Fitness Professionals is a full-service personal training facility that features a wide-range of cardio and weight-training equipment.  It offers one-on-one fitness, exercise and body building coaching and small-group "Maxfit" classes that offer rigorous one-hour training sessions guaranteed to get the heart pumping, the body sweating and the muscles building!

Presenters:

Proprietor and lead trainer, Joseph Hunt, is a a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CPT). He has extensive knowledge about physiology, human anatomy and nutrition.

Samantha Joy Mark, R.D., CDN, staff dietician for ShopRite of New Rochelle.  She will be giving a presentation on the importance of combining exercise with nutrition, offering tips on healthy food choices and options that work with many lifestyles and budgets.  This will include examples of easy-to-prepare processed foods that are still affordable and nutritious.

Healthy snacks and smoothies will be served.
