New Rochelle Students Receive Academic Honors

The students attend two of Berkeley College's locations.

Berkeley College announced that students from New Rochelle who were named to the President’s and Dean’s Lists Fall 2012 quarter.

Margaret Akomah-Zachary, who attends classes in White Plains, was named to the President's List.

Jasmine Foster and Raquel Garlock, from the White Plains campus, and Moncia Vargas, from the New York City campus, were named to the Dean's List.

“Berkeley College is proud to recognize these students for their outstanding academic achievement,” said college President Dr. Dario A. Cortes. “Students who reflect this level of dedication to their studies become our future leaders.”

Berkeley College students who achieve a grade point average of 4.00 with a minimum of 12 academic credits qualify for the President’s List. Students who achieve a grade point average of 3.50 or better with a minimum of 12 academic credits qualify for the Dean’s List.

The college has other locations in New York and New Jersey.
