Lunchtime Yoga Express

Conquer stress and fatigue, return to work with renewed energy and focus, with a gentle yet invigorating 30-minute session of yoga with Nora LeMorin. No need to change clothing! Traditional and adapted poses will be practiced either standing or seated in chairs to balance, stretch and strengthen the body while calming the mind. Free. Made possible by the Friends of the Library and donations.
