From New Rochelle City Hall:
Effective Tuesday, April 15, the Parking Permit Office at the Department of Development, first floor, City Hall will be relocated to the Bureau of Buildings/Parking on the ground floor. The new office hours will be 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
To accomplish the move, the Parking Permit Office will be closed on Monday, April 14.
