Hi people I don't think is discriminatory at all. I love it that beaches and parks are only for Westchester residents, we pay high taxes and its only fair we receive something fair in return. Such as some beaches, parks and swimming pools only for our own family. Only the residents will truly appreciate and take care of these facilities because we are the ones paying the taxes to maintain these parks pools and beaches etc etc.

I totally agree with you Jackie - what nerve !! they want to use our parks etc and not pay our taxes!! Nothing discriminatory about that!

Totally agree with you Claudia - this is the only benefit that some of us have without the parks beaches becoming overcrowded by people who do not live in the area. Pay the taxes!!
