State Police: New Rochelle Man Drove Erratically on I-684

Blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit

North Castle, New York – On March 16, 2014 at approximately 10:40 a.m., State Police from the Somers barracks arrested a 63-year-old New Rochelle man for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
 
He was found to be intoxicated when troopers investigated an erratic vehicle complaint, called into the Hudson Valley Transportation Management Center by a concerned citizen.  State Police located the vehicle traveling on Interstate 684, failing to maintain its lane of travel.
 
He provided a positive breath sample which yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .20% and was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of  North Castle on March 25, 2014.
