New Rochelle police are investigating a report of two 11-year-old boys engaging in alleged sexual misconduct at the .
The incident took place shortly before 5 p.m. on Friday, in a corner on the third-floor of the library.
New Rochelle Police Capt. Joseph Schaller would not disclose whether or not the incident is being investigated as a sexual assault.
