A New Rochelle man was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge following a motor vehicle accident shortly before 4 p.m. June 5 on Indian Head Road.
According to a Greenwich (CT) Police report, Luis A. Moreno, 32, of 234 Drake Ave., also was charged with unsafe movement and refusal to be fingerprinted. The report did not include details of the accident.
Moreno was held in lieu of $5,000 bond and scheduled to appear June 20 in state Superior Court in Stamford, CT.
