Mamaroneck Man Faces Drug Charge in Rockland County

Seda allegedly had 110 tablets of oxycodone in his possession.

A Mamaroneck man was arrested in Rockland County Wednesday and charged with felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and numerous traffic infractions.

Javier Seda, 29, was stopped by Clarkstown police on Route 303 in Congers who reported he was driving a 2002 Honda with switched license plates that were registered to a 1997 Acura.

Sgt. Jo Anne Fratianni said, “A traffic stop was conducted and a search of the vehicle uncovered 110 tablets of oxycodone. Further investigation revealed that Seda possessed these tablets illegally.”

Seda was arrested and taken to Clarkstown Police Headquarters where he is awaiting arraignment in Clarkstown Justice Court.
