The operator of a Nissan Murano driving in the center lane of I-95 apparently lost control and crashed into the guardrail of the New Rochelle exit early Saturday morning. Two southbound lanes were blocked because of the crash near mile marker 6.4.
New York State Police responded to the 1:43 a.m. call. A personal injury was reported and officials who were not at the scene believe an occupant of the car was ejected and taken to Jacobi Medical Center in The Bronx.
Subsequent damage to vehicles behind the crash appears to have been incurred, said State Police.
