New Rochelle Last Minute School Closing

New Rochelle Public Schools sent out a text message and phone message at 11:37am for a 12:00 dismissal!  Really upsetting to get to the school, the children freezing cold.  they tried to go back in to warm up and were told they were not allowed back in the building! I was lucky to get there by 12:10!!!!!! Shame on whom ever waited to the LAST minute to make a decision for the safety of the Staff, Students and Parents!!! Every SCHOOL IN and around had dismissal already in place EARLY this morning! REALLY!!!!!
