Community Update

The two times I went there for waxes have both been horrible. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the woman allowed the excess hot wax from the applicator stick to fall into my eye and my lashes. She then proceeded to try to pick the wax out of my eye lashes, thus pulling lashes out. I was then told that she was not the regular waxer and to come back when the regular waxer was home from vacation. I went back and they did a decent job on my eyebrows, BUT while my eyes were closed the woman applied wax to my lip, I shouted no and for her to stop so she stopped half way across my lip and said "I do lip?" I told her no that I had never asked for that, and she then said "Okay I fix" and proceeded to wax half of my lip without my permission. TERRIBLE PLACE
