Urgent!!! Please Help Rocky Be Happy Again
Rocky was an owner surrender and has become nearly despondent in the shelter. Please consider fostering Rocky. He's affectionate and sweet.
This is Rocky, a 3 yr old male, neutered and up to date on shots. Rocky is rapidly declining in behavior at the shelter.
This happens to some dogs, depression takes over and gets the best of them. He didn't kennel well, therefore we placed him in an opened room alone, his own space, peace and quiet, a comfy bed, plenty of food, water and chew toys and with no barking around him.
Rocky seemed fine until 2 nights ago, he broke the door knob off the training room door and set off the alarm. He did it again last night. He was found hiding under the desk in the lobby. Very sad and very scared. We are asking our friends to help us Help Rocky. He really needs to be in a home, permanent or foster….ASAP.
Rocky is extremely depressed and doesn’t even want to walk outside the shelter to relieve himself. He will deteriorate for the worse if he does not get adopted or fostered. PLEASE, if you can spare a space in you heart and home for Rocky, he and we will be forever thankful. He is an awesome dog, cuddly and soft, a cutie pie as you can see.
