The New Rochelle Humane Society will hold a fundraising gala dinner Thursday, June 13.
The event will feature a meal and open bar, and there will be silent and live auctions, along with prizes, raffles and games.
Proceeds from the evening will benefit the Help Heal Fund, which provides support for medicine and surgery for sick or injured animals, giving them an opportunity to find home, organizers said.
The 2013 honoree at the gala will be Today show correspondent Jill Rappaport.
The gala will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Glen Island Harbour Club in New Rochelle.
