Why Go: Walk off the Thanksgiving desserts on a hike at Cranberry Lake Preserve.

Where/When: Hudson Yoga Studio, 5 Old Post Road S., Croton on Hudson, Sunday, Nov. 27, 4-6 p.m.
Why Go: Breast cancer survivor, Lisa Nachtigall is a certified Prana yoga instructor who is holding classes that incorporate yoga and meditation to help mitigate ailments, such as cancer. Due to limited space, registration is required.
