Trans Fat - Cholesterol - Heart Disease?

Trans Fat - Cholesterol - Heart Disease?

Arrange by Joan McDaniel

The first thing I encountered when learning what to eat to make me well was the battle over Saturated fats.  With that battle I was armed with books by Dr. Fife on Coconut Oil.  I began to look further into what is Cholesterol and what exactly are Statin drugs, cholesterol and Heart Disease.

The next group of books I read was on Cholesterol.  ”The Great Cholesterol Myth” by Stephen Sinatra is one.  I now have found a video of the author.  It is from the CBN network and is very good on Cholesterol, drugs, High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS),  inflammation, Statin drugs, Sugar, and, of course Coconut Oil.It goes for 11:57 Min. If you are concerned with heart disease, or if you are on the Statin drugs, this video should be watched. Joan

Dr. Stephen Sinatra, a cardiologist who’s been practicing for over 30 years and the author of The Great Cholesterol Myth, thinks it’s wrong.
