10th Annual Small Works Exhibit to Begin April 30

The Mamaroneck Artist Guild is holding the Tenth Annual Small Works Exhibit from April 30 to May 24, at The Mamaroneck Artist Guild Gallery in Larchmont.

There are more than 200 members of the guild including; painters, sculptors, printmakers, photographers, graphic artists, jewelry designers, ceramic, and fiber artists, many of whom will have pieces at the exhibit. This show is different in that non-member artists can participate as well.

The Small Works Exhibit will feature a variety of different types of media, all of which are no larger than 15 inches. This allows for affordable prices and easy transportation.

Opening reception will be 5-7 p.m. May 10. The Juror is Bartholomew Bland, Director of Curatorial Affairs at the Hudson River Museum. Bartholomew chose the works in this exhibit. He will decide which pieces are awarded in categories like Best in Show and Board of Excellence.

Gallery hours are from 12- 5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. Viewing is also available by appointment. The Mamaroneck Artist Guild Gallery is located at 126 Larchmont Avenue, Larchmont, N.Y.
