Sold!: Recent New Rochelle Home Sales

Here is a list of homes in New Rochelle that were recently purchased.

The home at 144 Seacord Rd. in New Rochelle was recently purchased for $617,000, according to realestate.aol.com. Good for the new owners and for the people who sold the three-bedroom, three-bath colonial.

The home, which is 2,000 square feet, is one of many recent home sales in New Rochelle.
