Sold!: Recent New Rochelle Home Sales

Here is a list of homes in New Rochelle that have recently been purchased.

Among the recently purchased homes in New Rochelle is a Trump Plaza residence at 175 Huguenot Ave. The two-bedroom, three-bath condo was sold for $395,000, according to realestate.aol.com. Good news for the new owners.

The sale is one of many recent one in New Rochelle. Here is the link to the information.

Be sure and check our House Hunt column Friday around noon. Right now there aren't any scheduled Open Houses this weekend, there are some recent homes put on the market that we will be featuring.

I think it's great that Pamela Davis stepped up to run and I would be glad to vote for her any other…Read More year. But this year we have one of New Rochelle's most dedicated and knowledgeable activists running. Bob Cox knows New Rochelle and the school district inside and out. I'm not sure the same can be said for Pam Davis. If you want someone who already knows where the wasteful spending is, and already knows the district's strengths and weaknesses, then Bob Cox is the person. Who cares how congenial he is? Where some people see anger and finger-pointing, others see tenacity and accountability.
