The Symphony of Westchester Mostly Mozart and Young Musicians Concert

         The first part of the program will
be devoted to showcasing young musicians. The winner of the first annual piano
competition, in collaboration with The Hoff-Barthelson Music School of
Scarsdale, will perform Concerto in A
major, K. 488
. Then the Symphony
of Westchester will perform the works of 11 children who have just completed
the annual “Composers of the Future” program, which it runs in
collaboration with New Rochelle's
Songcatchers after-school program.



            Flutist Carol Wincenc
will be featured in the second part, performing the Flute Concerto no. 1, K.313, in G major.
