Tammy McCann and Laurence Hobgood at Alvin & Friends

On Friday, April 18th  the Tammy McCann Quartet featuring Laurence Hobgood comes to Roscoe’s Roomat Alvin & Friends. Howard Reich of the Chicago Tribune says “Tammy McCann owns one of the most luxuriant voices in jazz” so that her new partnership with Grammy-winning composer, arranger and pianist Laurence Hobgood“represents an important development for both artists, and for anyone who values jazz musicianship of the highest level.” The Friday night show is part of a jazz series organized by G&J Productions.
