Harry Dawkins, Area Director of the
Westchester Community Opportunity Program (WESTCOP), will be guest at Coffee and Conversation, an informal program open to
the public and sponsored by the League of Women Voters, on Friday, February 28,
2014, 9:30 a.m. at the New Rochelle Public Library, 1 Library Plaza.
Mr Dawkins will
explain the mission of WESTCOP, private
not-for-profit, multipurpose social service agency operating community programs
to combat poverty and its adverse effects in Westchester and Putnam counties,
answer questions and be part of a discussion..
