Show off your four-legged friend by taking part in the Hounds on the Sound Dog Walk & Festival. Take a leisurely stroll along Long Island Sound and enjoy a fun (and free) afternoon of dog-friendly activities and vendors. Get a take-home family photo, run your dog through an agility course, and visit "Kiddie Korner" for face painting, a game of musical chairs and an egg race (with a dog in tow of course). Dogs and cats available for adoption and all proceeds benefit Pet Rescue, the New Rochelle Humane Society, and the Mount Vernon Animal Shelter.
