GIANT NEIGHBORHOOD TAG AND CRAFT SALE (with benefits)

It's time for the RESIDENCE PARK Bi-annual Neighborhood “TAG and CRAFT SALE” and we want you to join in.

Next Saturday, Sept. 28, we will hold the huge sale at the large traffic island at the intersection of Elm St. and Liberty Ave. The sale starts at 10AM and continues until 3 (come early before everyone sells out).

Neighbors and friends have reserved spaces to sell their treasures and trinkets.

If you want to reserve your space, contact Lisa & Sean at (914) 576-4913, today. Spaces are $25, (and $20 for Association members.) There will be lots of great stuff to take home. Rain-date is Sunday, Sept. 29.

In addition, we are proud to include a demonstration of New Rochelle’s “Love ‘em and LEAVE ‘em” mulching program for sustainable gardening that puts valuable nutrients back into the lawn and gardens. The link on the City website for information on this program is http://newrochelle.leleny.org/ . The demo is Saturday at 11:00 and everyone is invited to come and learn!

Next weekend is also the New Rochelle Art Fest and our neighbors, The College of New Rochelle and United Hebrew are participating in this fantastic event. Look for the arts trolley and visit the exhibits. More details at www.newrochellearts.org .
