Back to School Immunization Clinic

The Westchester County Health
Department will offer free immunizations by appointment during special back to school
clinics for children ages twelve months through 18 years, who are uninsured or
whose insurance doesn’t cover immunizations. Clinics will be held in Yonkers and White Plains. 

Appointments will be made on a first come, first served basis and can be

scheduled by calling the Yonkers district office at (914) 231-2500

for the following sessions:

  • Friday, August 22, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Sept. 2, 1 p.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Thursday September 4, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Friday September 5, 9 a.m. - 12 noon
  • Tuesday September 16, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
The health department will also host clinic sessions in White Plains.

Appointments for the White Plains clinics can be scheduled by
calling the White Plains district office at (914) 995-5800 for the
following dates:
  • Thursday, August 21, 9 a.m. -12 p.m., 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Tuesday, August 26, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Wednesday, September 3, 1 p.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Tuesday, September 9, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Tuesday, September 23, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
