Why go: For those unable to attend groups in-person, there are monthly Telephone Support Groups via toll-free teleconferencing, enabling women to participate regardless of their location and from the comfort of their homes. Why go: New York City Sports Clubs celebrates its 38th anniversary by opening their doors for a free guest day on Wednesday, Sept. 19. All NYSC locations will allow non-members looking to sweat it out to use their facilities throughout the day, celebrating their 38 years of fitness in the Tri-State area. Attendees are invited to come try a new class, meet with instructors and experience the fitness facility first hand.
