Great Escape: Get Physical With Exercise

Many local gyms offer one-day guest passes. You can feel like a million bucks without spending a dime. And for non-gym exercise options in New Rochelle, consider our many parks, karate and yoga centers and dance studios.

If you are always saying you need to make time to exercise, make this week a week to start. It is a good time to begin a physical activity. If you plan what you want to do perhaps you can finally have the workout routine you have always wanted.

For those who live in Mamaroneck, there is Yoga Sanctuary on E. Boston Post Road, Birth of Venus on Mamk. Ave and Bikram Yoga on BPR for Pilates or Yoga, Shihu-Ken Karate and Cosmo's Martial Arts Center both on Mamaroneck Avenue, NYSC, Equinox, and Healthy Fit Gyms, Rye Racquet or Sportime for tennis, and there are also a few personal training places as well.
