Army National Guard Promotes New Rochelle's Jason Cooley to Sergeant First Class

Major General Patrick A. Murphy, the Adjutant General for the State of New York, announced the promotion of Jason Cooley of New Rochelle. Cooley, serving with the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1-69th Infantry has been promoted to the rank of Sergeant First Class.
