Michael Marciano, Marciano Realty Team, Keller Williams NY Realty, completed a SRS - Seller Representative Specialist - certification designed to take a successful agent to an even higher level of competency. The SRS is a premiere agency designation, recognizing real estate professionals who have completed special education in seller representation.

The Seller Representative Specialist has achieved a level of sales, marketing, exposure, and education that reflects a specialty in the marketing and sale of homes.  Working with Sellers to achieve their goals is far different from working with Buyers. Although each requires professionalism, skill and education, the Seller has unique needs that must be addressed to achieve a quick sale.
