What's not to like about a knife sharpening business whose motto is "Where there's never a dull moment"?
Matthew J. Westall of Ready Set Sharp, based in Pelham, will be bringing his service on the first Saturday of each month to the New Rochelle Grand Market.
Westall said that many people think that a sharp knife is a dangerous.
"Actually, it's the opposite," he said.
With continued use, a knife can get dull in spots, Westall said.
"When you are cutting a tomato and you are pushing, pushing, pushing," he said, "you will finally hit the spot on the knife that is sharp and that's when you can cut yourself."

The New Rochelle Grand Market is open Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is located at Library Green on Lawton Avenue.
