We are getting to the point in August where you can begin to count the number of days left on two hands.
A highlight of the summer for many has been the Emil Paolucci Summer Sounds Concert Series at .
There's another concert Wednesday, Aug. 22, with Andrea & James Rohlehr & the Andjam Band beginning at 7:30 p.m.
But there have been other concerts in the series that had to be rescheduled because of weather.
One is coming up Monday, Aug. 27: the Showtime Dance Band, playing everything danceable from Motown to R&B, soul, funk, classic disco, pop, dance rock and jazz. Again, the performance begins at 7:30 p.m.
The concert series is presented by the New Rochelle Council on the Arts, in partnership with the New Rochelle Dept. of Parks and Recreation, and sponsored by Webster Bank.
