As part of its centennial year activities, the Garden Club of New Rochelle is sponsoring a wonderful demonstration of dried flower arranging at The Elks Lodge on Wednesday, November 9th, to be given by Cathy Miller. who is also known as the First Lady of Flowers. Ms. Miller, who raises and dries her flowers, has provided 62 dried flower arrangements for 5 past U.S. Presidents. While demonstrating her amazing skill, she will also relate her fascinating experiences while working at the White House.
