“Six Degrees of Separation” by Cantemus (Concert)

The fabulous choral group returns to the library for “Six Degrees of Separation” -  a musical slant on the theory expounded in the 1960''s that individuals around the world are all connected, with only six persons separating one from another.

Cantemus explores the theory with a fun narration and its usual rainbow of classics, pop tunes, opera  and Broadway melodies – including such hum-along  pieces as How Deep is the Ocean,  When I''m Sixty-four, Button Up Your Overcoat, some gorgeous Chopin  and  part of  Beethoven''s Ninth Symphony. Laughter, harmony and sumptuous voices will lift every heart!
