New Rochelle Branch of the NAACP Sponsors 3rd Annual Youth Empowerment Rally featuring our 1st Annual Basketball Tournament.On Saturday June 18 at Lincoln Park, New Rochelle, NY from Noon until 5 p.m.Come Join us for a day of empowering youth by linking them to available community resources and showcasing positive youth groups.
