New Rochelle NAACP Branch Proudly Announces Founders Day/ Black History Celebration, on Sunday, Feb. 13, at 5 p.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church, 185  Lincoln Avenue New Rochelle, NY 10801. 

Reverend Dequincy Hentz will be the guest speaker.

All are welcome.
