Evolution Arts, a Sunday afternoon of free exhibits of art by emerging artists from Yonkers and beyond—as well as music entertainment—will be held monthly from 1 to 4 PM at the Waterfront Esplanade, starting April 15 and continuing on May 20, June 17, July 15, August 19, September 16 and October 21.

I think it's great that Pamela Davis stepped up to run and I would be glad to vote for her any other…Read More year. But this year we have one of New Rochelle's most dedicated and knowledgeable activists running. Bob Cox knows New Rochelle and the school district inside and out. I'm not sure the same can be said for Pam Davis. If you want someone who already knows where the wasteful spending is, and already knows the district's strengths and weaknesses, then Bob Cox is the person. Who cares how congenial he is? Where some people see anger and finger-pointing, others see tenacity and accountability.
